We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Rat & Boa pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain attached.

  Ship the Package

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
